If you are not sure about the exact color you need please order from a store that does exchanges or refunds on used products. Once the makeup has been touched we WILL NOT issue a refund or exchange, please do not ask, we are a retailer and we pay for these products, The manufacturer will NOT give us a refund and we can not resale used makeup. When you pay at Camera Ready you have to press the "I agree button" this means that you agree to our return policy.

We are very sorry, we had to terminate our color matching service due to lack of time, we do however offer samples now so that you can try makeup before buying the full size.

Professional Discounts
Camera Ready Cosmetics ™ caters to professional artists in the makeup industry. Our professional products are not marked up in price like other retail and consumer cosmetics.

Rather than provide a professional discount program to our customers, we offer free shipping on orders over $50.00. The cost of shipping is typically a larger savings than a 10% discount.

We appreciate our customers, and offer free shipping as a thank you for their patronage!

Editorial Credit Program
Camera Ready Cosmetics will offer Makeup artists coupons for store credits when the artist mentions the store in any print magazine editorial (fashion or beauty) example... We would prefer of course the entire website name if possible but either way you will receive the coupon.
