Shipping

If you have a question about an order already placed, . Your email will be answered no later then the next business day.

Shipping Policies
Orders are not shipped the day you order, orders placed before 5PM East Coast time (2PM West Coast time) go out the following business day. A business day is Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM East Coast Time, holidays are not business days.

We offer 4 types of shipping, all through the United States Postal Service (USPS) please read them carefully before you order. The only packages sent with insurance are Express mail packages.

All packages will come with Delivery Confirmation, if you do not have your package within the specified time . We will provide you with a tracking number for your package upon request.

USPS First Class Shipping - Any size, Anywhere in the USA

  • Free (for orders over $50.00)
  • $4.90 for orders not reaching this amount
  • All orders are sent USPS first class shipping unless you order another method.
  • If you ordered brush cleaner your order will be mailed ground and will take extra time to arrive.
  • Standard First Class shipping is $4.90 for any weight and anywhere in the USA and includes Delivery Confirmation.
  • On orders over $50.00 standard shipping is FREE to you.
  • You can expect your order in about 3 business days on the West Coast and 3 to 6 business days to the Mid West and East Coast. We do not make any time guarantees on Standard shipping. You WILL NOT automatically receive a tracking number on standard shipping.

USPS Priority Shipping - $8.00 Any size, Anywhere in the USA

  • Any size, anywhere in the USA is $8.00 (complete airbrush kits, makeup cases and brush cleaner can not be mailed priority or Express mail) The rest of your order will be sent with the method you request, the case, airbrush kit and/or brush cleaners will be sent separately when you order priority or express mail.
  • Priority takes 2 to 3 business days and remember, this is mailed the day after you order ONLY if you order before 5PM Pacific time (2PM West Coast time) and TWO days later if you order after 5PM Pacific.
  • Priority packages are sent with delivery confirmation but you will not automatically receive a confirmation number. if you do not receive your Priority Package in 3 business days.

USPS Express Shipping - $23.00 Any size, anywhere in the USA

  • This is guaranteed to reach you within 2 business days after you order, please keep in mind that it will not go out the same day you order, it will go out the following business day. You will get a Tracking number the day after you order, upon request.
  • USPS Does guarantee next day delivery and we will refund your $23.00 if you do not get it when promised. Please note, this is only available in the USA and some small towns do not do express daily, you may have to wait another day. if your package does not arrive within the specified time.

Canada $12.00 Any size, any weight, anywhere in Canada

  • All orders to Canada are shipped Priority mail USPS unless you have specified and paid for express shipping.
  • Priority mail is tracked to customs and can not be tracked beyond Canadian Customs. Should a package go missing we will provide the customer with proof of mailing and the USPS delivery number, you will receive tracking information to Canada.
  • If a package is lost once it's in Canada we can not be financially responsible, you will have to file paper work with Canadian Customs and hope they locate the package. We will only refund or send another package if you ordered express delivery. If you want to insure your package you must order express delivery.

International (outside of the USA and Canada) $23.00

  • Any weight any size package, to most areas with a few exceptions.
  • All International orders are shipped Priority mail USPS unless you have specified and paid for express shipping. Priority mail is tracked to customs of the destination country and can not be tracked beyond customs.
  • Should a package go missing we will provide the customer with proof of mailing and the USPS delivery number, you will receive tracking information to your country.
  • If a package is lost once it's in your country we can not be financially responsible, you will have to file paper work with your own Customs and postal service and hope they locate the package. We will only refund or send another package if you ordered express delivery. If you want to insure your package you must order express delivery.

USPS International Express Mail $35.00

  • Anywhere any size package outside of the USA (including Canada)
  • International Express mail will get to you in 3 to 8 business days, depending on where you are and the customs in that country. Express mail is always insured and guaranteed to be delivered to you. You will have to sign for it so you must be at the address you give. If someone else signs for the package we can not insure you will get it.

Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for theft at the address you provide us. Once your package is delivered our responsibility for that package ends. We will be happy to replace damaged items but we can not take responsibility for packages stolen at your address. Most theft of mail occurs at a business address or apartment address, please keep this in mind when you provide a mailing address.
  • If the post office delivers a package to your address and you do not get that package you need to notify your post office and file a police report on the stolen package. We will provide proof of delivery for your report. Please do not ask us to replace packages stolen at your property or business.

If you would like a guarantee and insurance on your package,
please order Express mail.


If you have given your package the proper time period as stated above to arrive and it has not, please contact Camera Ready Cosmetics with the following information.
1- Date of your order
2- Invoice number on your order
3- Name on your order
4- Shipping address of your order

Sales Tax
" No sales tax outside of California
" California residents pay 7.75% sales tax

Duty Fees (outside of the USA)
This varies and is normally dependent on the amount of your order (by percentage). Camera Ready Cosmetics has nothing to do with duty fees, these are imposed by your country. You may have to pay to pick up your package. If you are not sure what the duty fees are in your country, call you local postal authority and they will let you know. If the package is refused and returned to us we can not refund your shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20% will apply.

Why did you send my order Signature Confirmation? Now I have to go pick it up at the post office.

  • We sometimes send high value shipments signature confirmation; this is to protect your package from theft.

  • In hot climates we may send packages containing foundation "Signature Required" so that your makeup will not melt in the heat. If foundation is left in the sun it will melt in a short time, it is safer at the post office if you are not home to sign for it.

  • If you live in an apartment or your package is going to a business we may mail it signature required so that we have a record of who received the package, items are less likely to be stolen when a signature is required.

  • If your billing and shipping address is not exactly the same we may send the package signature required protecting you against fraud, we may also call you to confirm your identity, we may also email you to confirm your email address. If we can not confirm your identity will we hold the package until we do. We do everything in our power to protect people from identity fraud.

I ordered one product and got another instead!

  • As much as we hate to admit it, we make mistakes now and then; humans are packing your orders. If we make a mistake, let us know and we PROMISE to make it up to you. We will do whatever we have to do to make you happy and to keep you ordering. Just let us know we made an error and we will make it right immediately.

 

Returns & Cancellations

Any order may be cancelled prior to shipment by or call 619-210-2098

We are dedicated and committed to providing you with the best customer service possible. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not happy we are not happy. We offer 100% guaranteed customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase follow these steps in order to qualify for a refund. Please contact us by email within 15 days of receiving your item.

All returns must be pre-approved by us. We will provide you with a RMA number that MUST be written on the outside of your return package or the package will be refused by Camera Ready Cosmetics.

  1. Keep the original packing since you will need it in order to return the item.

  2. The item must arrive in the same condition as it was sent to you in order to receive a refund. Cosmetics can not be used and returned. Please order samples if you are sure about the color or the product. If you can not order samples and are not sure you will like the product please order it from a store that takes returns on used products.

  3. There will be a 20 % restocking fee on all returns and you will be responsible for the return postage. We will waive the restocking fee on exchanges however we do not exchange any product that has been used and we check return products very carefully.

  4. You will be refunded in the same manner you paid. If you return an item later than 60 days after purchase you will receive a store credit, we can not refund your purchase.

  5. All items in pristine condition can be exchanged or returned. The item must be returned in the condition it was received. We can not take back foundation or cosmetics that have been tested by you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

  6. When a refund for a returned item reduces the former total of your order to less than $50.00 we will deduct shipment charges of $4.90 from your refund as the total of your net order is lower than the amount which will give you free shipping and you will be responsible for return shipping fees. Free shipping to you only applies if the total of your order after deducting the item to be refunded remains over $50.00

  7. You must request and receive an authorization and RMA number by email to return items. Please

    We are happy to take back items that were damaged in shipping and will exchange these only with the same item.

  8. If a package is returned to us because you have refused delivery or because you changed your mind for any reason, we will refund your account after checking all returned items; all actual shipping charges we incurred will be deducted before refunding you. Shipping charges are not refundable unless we made an error.

 

FAQ

Why did I get an extra charge at the post office?
We never charge you to pick up your package and we never charge customs fees, these are charged by the country you are a citizen of and Camera Ready Cosmetics has NO CONTROL over your countries taxes. Every country is different. Please check with your post office in your area about customs fees BEFORE you order.
