will be answered no later than the next business day.
You may also call us at 619-955-6194 between the hours
of 9am and 5pm West Coast time Monday – Friday.
Shipping Policies
Orders are not shipped the day you order, orders placed
before 5PM East Coast time (2PM West Coast time) go
out the following business day. A business day is Monday
- Friday 9AM to 5PM East Coast Time, holidays are not
business days.
We offer 3 types of shipping, all through the United
States Postal Service (USPS) please read them carefully
before you order. The only packages sent with insurance
are Express mail packages.
All Priority and Express packages within the USA
will come with Delivery Confirmation, if you do not
have your package within the specified time please
contact us . We will provide you with a tracking number
for your package upon request.

or UPS account number and we will ship under your
account number but cannot be responsible for items

If you do not have your own UPS or Fed Ex account,

and will send to any address in the world. Please
email us for instructions at service@crcmakeup.com.
We cannot be held responsible for customs requirements
or charges in YOUR country.

ground and will take extra time to arrive.

Standard First Class shipping is $6.80

On orders over $60.00, standard shipping
is FREE to you.

You can expect your order in about
3 business days on the West Coast and 3 to 6 business
days to the Mid West and East Coast. We do not make
any time guarantees on Standard shipping.
USPS Priority Shipping - $9.99

Any size, anywhere in the USA is $9.99
(complete airbrush kits, makeup cases and brush cleaner
cannot be mailed priority or Express mail) The rest
of your order will be sent with the method you request,
the case, airbrush kit and/or brush cleaners will
be sent separately when you order priority or express
mail.

Priority takes 2 to 3 business days
and remember, this is mailed the day after you order
ONLY if you order before 5PM Pacific time (2PM West
Coast time) and TWO days later if you order after
5PM Pacific.

Priority packages are sent with delivery
confirmation but you will not automatically receive
a confirmation number.

This is guaranteed to reach you within
2 business days after you order, please keep in mind
that it will not go out the same day you order, it
will go out the following business day. You will get
a Tracking number the day after you order, upon request.

USPS does guarantee next day delivery
and we will refund your $23.99 if you do not get it
when promised. Please note, this is only available
in the USA and some small towns do not do express
daily, you may have to wait another day please contact
us if your package does not arrive within the specified
time.

Please give first class international
mail 40 business days to get to you. Normally you will
have your package within a week but First Class is the
cheapest and slowest method of shipping and it can take
55 business days. Please contact us if you do not have
your package in 55 BUSINESS days. If you need your package
quickly, please order Priority or Express mail.

Should a package go missing we will
provide the customer with proof of mailing and the
USPS number.

If an international package is lost
we cannot be financially responsible, you will have
to file paper work with your own Customs and postal
service and hope they locate the package. We will
only refund or send another package if you ordered
express delivery. If you want to insure your package,
you must order express delivery. We suggest for high
value orders that you order express.
USPS International Express Mail $35.00

Anywhere any size package outside
of the USA and/or Canada

International Express mail will get
to you in 3 to 8 business days, depending on where
you are and the customs in that country. Express mail
is always insured and guaranteed to be delivered to
you. You will have to sign for it so you must be at
the address you give. If someone else signs for the
package, we cannot insure you will get it.

for customs requirements or charges added by your
country. Most countries charge taxes for purchases
outside of the country; these are called “duty fees.”

If you live in a country that is not
on our shipping list or a country with unreliable
mail, you may want to look into using a private courier
or forwarding service like Trans Express, Skybox or
Mailboxes etc. in the USA. These services are very
popular in counties were mail service is unreliable.

We are not responsible for theft
at the address you provide us. Once your package is
delivered our responsibility for that package ends.
We will be happy to replace damaged items but we cannot
take responsibility for packages stolen at your address.
Most theft of mail occurs at a business address or
apartment addresses, please keep this in mind when
you provide a mailing address. Please ask for “signature
confirmation” if you are in an apartment or giving
us a suite number.

If the post office delivers a package
to your address and you do not get that package you
need to notify your post office and file a police
report on the stolen package. We will provide proof
of delivery for your report. Please do not ask us
to replace packages stolen at your property or business.
If you would like a
guarantee and insurance on your package, please order
Express mail.
If you have given your package the proper
time period as stated above to arrive and it has not,
please contact Camera Ready Cosmetics with the following
information.
1. Date of your order
2. Invoice number on your order
3. Name on your order
4. Shipping address of your order
Please notify us within 15 days of the expected arrival
date if you have not received your package. When 30
days of the expected arrival date have passed, we cannot
refund you or trace your package.
Sales Tax
• No sales tax outside of California
• California residents pay 7.75% sales tax
• Duty Fees (outside of the USA)
this varies and is normally dependent on the amount
of your order (by percentage). Camera Ready Cosmetics
has nothing to do with duty fees; these are imposed
by your country. You may have to pay to pick up your
package. If you are not sure what the duty fees are
in your country, call your local postal authority and
they will let you know. If the package is refused and
returned to us, we cannot refund your shipping charges
and a restocking fee of 10% will apply.
Why did you send my order Signature
Confirmation? Now I have to go pick it up at the post
office.

We sometimes send high value shipments
signature confirmation; this is to protect your package
from theft.
-
In hot climates, we may send packages
containing foundation "Signature Required"
so that your makeup will not melt in the heat. If
foundation is left in the sun it will melt in a short
time, it is safer at the post office if you are not
home to sign for it.

If you live in an apartment or your
package is going to a business we may mail it signature
required so that we have a record of who received
the package, items are less likely to be stolen when
a signature is required.

If your billing and shipping address
is not exactly the same we may send the package signature
required protecting you against fraud, we may also
call you to confirm your identity, we may also email
you to confirm your email address. If we cannot confirm
your identity will we hold the package until we do.
We do everything in our power to protect people from
identity fraud.
One of my products was cracked in shipping.
A product will sometimes break or spill in shipping;
it does not happen often but it does, just notify us
within 7 days of receiving your package. We will send
you a postage paid envelope to send the product back
and replace it for you all at of course no charge.
I ordered one product and got another instead!
As much as we hate to admit it, we make mistakes now
and then; humans are packing your orders. If we make
a mistake, let us know and we PROMISE to make it up
to you. We will do whatever we have to do to make you
happy and to keep you ordering.Just let us know we made
an error and we will make it right immediately. Email
